Bathtub, urinal, it's all the same thing, right?

I wonder what his beer of choice was?

I don't believe you will be charged for the giant hole in the wall, as long as you properly label it. Just so the landlord knows what he is looking at.

At least, as it appears, this tenant used the shower, right? We hope.

Acid trip artwork does not fall under "normal wear and tear"

"Here are my keys. And, just to let you know, there is a small leak in my bathroom ceiling."

When we say that this is a NO PET property, we are talking about your baby cockroaches as well.

Thank you for removing your furniture, but you forgot your Christmas lights, trash and the pound of bologna you left in the drywall.
