Earlier this month, Motor Trend magazine named the eco-friendly plug-in hybrid Chevrolet Volt its 2011 car of the year. However, radio host, politcal commentator and after this article, car expert, Rush Limbaugh staunchly dissagrees with MacKenzie’s conclusion.
