For those of you unaware, hooping is a trendy new exercise that works the core with intense rhythmic motions, and is guaranteed to make you feel like a goddess. Certified Hoopdance instructor Jami Goleski Doria explains: "I've always loved dancing and music and I enjoyed challenging myself to learn the hoop moves. All I need is a hoop and some music and I'm in the zone. No treadmills, no stationary bikes, no choreographed dance moves—just free flowing hoop dance. It's my style, at my pace, and on my own time.
