Filipino Government's Photoshop Fail

    The Philippines' Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) posted a photo of its officials assessing the typhoon-damaged Manila's seawall on Facebook. It turns out to be a bad case of photoshop. (Via Quiapo.Wordpress, Philippine Daily Inquirer, and DPWHERE)

      The image was removed two minutes after it was posted. A spokesperson of DPWH posted an apology at the department's Facebook account, saying the photo "was not cleared yet before the staff posted it. It was already replaced."
