Things You Shouldn't Eat On Valentine's Day

Like it or not, these are the rules.

Eating is the best.

Food restrictions are the worst.

But on Valentine's Day, things are a little different.

You want to feel amorous.

Or something.

Not bloaty.

And certainly not like this.

So here are the rules, even though you might not want to hear them.

No broccoli.

No cauliflower.

No asparagus.

No Brussels sprouts.

No cabbage.

No beans, lentils, or barley.

No carbonated beverages.

Go easy on cheese and other dairy.

Easy on the garlic and onions.

That's it!

Now you'll be ready for all the hot stuff your Valentine's evening brings.
