This Is An Easy Way To Spice Up Regular Fries That Will Rock Your World

    A winning British classic. Dip your fries in this spicy curry sauce or slather it on top.

    RECIPE:

    For the chicken:

    - 1 chicken breast, sliced into strips

    - 1 tsp of curry powder

    - 1 Tbsp. of oil

    - 1/4 tsp of pepper

    - 1/4 tsp of salt

    For the curry:

    - 2 Tbsp. of oil

    - 1 cup of diced onion

    - 1 Tbsp. of grated ginger

    - 2 minced garlic cloves

    - 1 cup of diced tomato

    - 1 tbsp. of curry powder

    - 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper

    - 1 cup of chicken stock

    - 1/2 cup of chicken stock cornstarch slurry (1/2 cup of chicken stock + 1 Tbsp. of cornstarch)

    - 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

    - French fries

    - Cilantro for garnish

    Add the curry powder, oil, pepper, and salt to the prepared chicken. Rub in the dry ingredients and make sure the chicken is evenly coated.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and coat until partially done. Remove from skillet and place in a clean bowl. Add onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add the diced tomato, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and chicken stock. Return the partially cooked chicken. Stir and cook until chicken is done. Stir in the chicken stock cornstarch slurry. Cook until the curry has thickened. Turn off the heat and stir in the Greek yogurt.

    Prepare french fries, whether from scratch or frozen.

    Pour chicken curry over french fries, garnish with cilantro (optional). Enjoy!
