Grade D mystery meat and processed cheese, sandwiched between saltorific crackers, which kids were actually encouraged to eat as a main course.

7. Sherbert Dips

Someone genius actually thought ‘let’s take the sweet responsible for tooth decay, dip it in glorified icing sugar and market it to children’. Oh, 90s.

8. Turkey Twizzlers

34% turkey. 66% unidentified gloop. 100% delicious.

9. Melody Pops

Why not learn a 5th-rate version of the recorder while you rot your teeth?

10. Dummy Lollipops

Take a normal lollipop and make it TEN TIMES THE SIZE. Also, does anyone remember the craze for wearing actual baby’s dummies to school..?

11. Pop-tarts

Seriously, we might as well have injected pure sugar into our eyeballs.

12. Giant Jawbreakers

They were so massive you’d have to take them out to speak…whereupon they’d end up on your desk, or the carpet, or any number of unspeakably disgusting places, until you put it right back in your mouth. E Coli for all!
