Best NBA Players With No All-Star Appearance

Is the NBA All-Star an absolute indicator of a players' ability? To an extent, but it's half a popularity contest among NBA fans and somewhat of the same among NBA head coaches. For John Wall, Brandon Jennings and Ty Lawson it's about a loaded position; for Al Jefferson it's about playing for unpopular teams. For Monta Ellis and Josh Smith? Actually, that's a bit harder to explain.
