I toyed with the idea of being a prophet. But I’m rather much a frequent sinner and when I am hungry I would sell my soul for dinner. Then there’s the issue of receiving of divine prophetic vision. I don’t. As I possess do not even of an adequate disposition, appropriate temperament, or insightful wisdom at adeptly of right and wrong to discern appropriately.

In serving humanity I have written a variety of products that come in various forms being in books, booklets, documents, short stories, rap songs, observations, poetry, screenplays, and useless personal journals. 3. Teach people that war on Earth should be obsolete as a way for humans to be together.

5. Communicate to humanity that every humans on Earth and otherwise should each all live to and then die at a natural old age (unavoidable accidental death the one exception).

Founding Earth Leadership #1 Leader Michael Whitemiller, Inter Galactical Mastermind for Space, Earth, and Time formally releases this Earth Leadership Document 12/13/14 at 1:00 PM to establish precedence. Such initial twelve edict-precepts and two principalities are the foundation of a continually expanding document until evolved people determine it no longer necessary or needed. New or deleted edict-precepts and principalities are added or deleted during annual weeklong formal Leadership meeting to be held annually. A new or deleted edict-precept and principaliity is formally added to the document as a result of a 98%+ affirmative vote from among all existing Earth Leaders. Additions and deletions consideration is submitted to #1 Earth Leader and must provide at least thirteen of Leader signatures in support in order for the #1 Leader to formally present such to Earth Leaders for formal discussion, consideration, evaluation; and then to vote on by Earth Leadership.

Edict-precepts:

1. All peoples of Earth should be fed adequately daily and no persons have superiority over any other when it comes to being provided for adequate food and nourishing daily.

2. All peoples of Earth should breathe the same quality of clean air, ideally, everywhere.

3. All peoples of Earth should drink the same quality clean drinking water, have access to clean water daily; and have access to a warm dry place to sleep each night if they choose.

4. Western Hemisphere nations [federal governments, people, and corporate entity types] have the following debts due others that should be repaid before the edict-precept number five goes into effect: a. all descendents who benefited or benefit [corporation, individual, or government] from the land grabbing from indigenous are indebted to them, b. nations where slaves were taken or stolen are indebted to by those who did benefit [corporations, individuals, or a government] who benefitted financially by utilizing slave human capital, c. slave descendents from x-slave state nations are indebted to by those who benefitted by [corporations, individuals, or government] they from the residual effects of having taking forefather unfair advantage, d nations of imperialistic federal governments who damage a socialist nation by way of a war or embargo [i.e. the U.S.A. warring with Viet Nam or it embargoing Cuba] must repay the impoverished nation for their use of a violent means to retain or it gain an economic advantage, and e. global-type corporate, partnership, or LLC entities must all restructure globally so as to not take advantage of many people enriching only some [by ownership and executive leadership] and must allocate adequate resources to everyone everywhere, ensuring that all humanity thrives on Earth. [CPAs will evaluate letter a. to d. and the United Nations is predominantly responsible for overseeing letter e.]

5. Once all debt of the Western Hemisphere is properly repaid in #4 [as acknowledged by Earth Leadership] each person of the Western Hemisphere is once again fully free they to all roam entirely throughout an entire borderless Hemisphere as it was before Europeans and Latin pimp dudes who arrived from Spain, Portugal, or Italy and plundered the land.

6. Each and every single human ever to have lived on Earth or beyond has all been saved entirely by a resurrected Messiah Jesus Christ with not one single Jew nor anyone ever at all to burn in any fires of hell being that all people are each entirely part of humanity with everyone us spending eternity with Goddess our creator her fully of everything glory it be to her for an infiniti in the name of the Mother, Daughter, Holy Sister forevermore, amen.

7. Each person of Earth should live to the end of life and then die a natural old age death.

Federal criminal civil rights law prohibits law enforcement agents from conspiring to interfere with my federally protected rights, whereby the County of Los Angeles judicial system recently through both the probation department and opining judge conspiring they have deprived and are continuing to attempt to deprive me of the free exercise of my civil and disability associated rights by use of force by way of incarceration in the county jail correctional facility by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's department discriminating against me having done such the judge specifically did indicate it was determined on the basis that I am mentally ill and also he indicated his imprisoning of me intended to prevent my quite creative communication expression sent to recipient parties he disapproved of as inappropriate.

Firstly know I am presently diagnosed with a psychiatric disability being I bipolar with a grandiose subtype of a psychotic delusional disorder and do believe my civil and mental health rights as violated by my Los Angeles County as further described here as follows.

On September 1 of 2011 AD of our dear lord Jesus Christ I became incarcerated I by the Los Angeles County judge of department 123 during a progress hearing regarding a technical probation violation submitted by a Los Angeles County probation department deputy. The judge on hand remanded me to jail for an observation and mental health evaluation resulting in my incarceration for a full two and one half months. Be here fully informed of the realities of my experience the moment of being taken into custody to my actual release on November 15 of 2011. Instructed by the judge was I to my surprise to submit myself to one county deputy who did politely lead me handcuffed he to one close by vacant concrete steel jail cell. This all a result I was told by the authorizing and presiding over my probation behavior man in robes he of my first amendment protected communication him wrongly characterizing as correspondence threatening I do swear forever as false untruth declaring heretofore fully and firmly to represent that entirely all recently written and transmitted transcribed correspondence is always without exception consistently blameless of any condemnation or admonishment worthy of articulation plus it’s void in possessing inappropriate content necessary of censorship and no way can be considered or denounced ever as criminal.

Know then too I’m certainly quite confident my literary efforts will never be reproached for intending in forewarning of impending imminent danger, hurt, harm, or misdeed it never contemplated as directed at another. Ultimately all of my compiled manuscripts are simply texts directed at the movers and shakers of the planet I often send by email.

My experience however typical I fully did participate in jails daily encountering this:

My first concern was having parked my car near by and it to be towed away if left there past one day. A friend came by who luckily retrieved my unattended car saving me from this peril. Otherwise I would have lost my treasured car forever like many do. And without one call off I went to central jail.

Entirely too always are all county deputies responsible for jailing were condescending compassionless rude arrogant mean jerks.

While breakfast is consistently the same, and lunch each day is identical, both are adequate, desent, and tolerable. However our tasteless food at dinner as only hot meal typically is often atrocious, unbearable, and entirely unsatisfactory. It each night is food unfit of a soon terminated wild animal beast.

Upon I as being routed to the mental health inmate facilities for special people like me quickly adapting to existing conditions and activities. Upon arrival did have up my very naked butt female deputies they probing for contraband. On occasion I denied meals by the jailers it resulting from the indifference of the inhuman nefarious correction officers.

Know the accommodations are substantially overcrowded being where I was housed it as designed for 32 people it currently now containing fully 46 men living like sardines having frighteningly unbearable showering facilities they repulsive and offensive while us all do drink quite repugnant water each breathing daily detestable offensive foul air.

Specifically I was punched in the face by an inmate that is facing for murder a lifetime in custody. I had my personal property stolen by other stronger intimidating detainees. I went for weeks without toilet paper, a month without soap, and barely got one toothbrush or some toothpaste by the very end of it all.

Throughout this unexpected diversion from current reality my rent and basic living responsibilities went unattended to. Then my sole source of income as a disabled individual was discontinued for the period of my confinement. Rather confused too was I of an exact reason behind my detention in the first place. As throughout my restraint periodically I to both my jailers and public defenders did claim entirely as innocent of wrongdoing, lawbreaking, or bad behavior.

So when in a late September and mid October I attempted to attend my scheduled court appearances I confused and further frustrated did become at being myself excluded as a participant in attendance at such event exacerbating and fueling my confusion for my situation in the first place. All along representing fully that wrongly my first amendment rights as entirely violated.

Community Integration for once Institutionalized Mentally Ill:

On June 22, 2011, the 12th anniversary of the Supreme Court's Olmstead decision, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) released a technical assistance document clarifying aspects of the landmark 1999 decision. In the Olmstead case the Court ruled that under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) the unjustified institutional isolation of people with disabilities is a form of unlawful discrimination. The decision affirmed rights of people with mental illnesses and disabilities to live in their communities.

Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act

The Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act (CRIPA)

authorizes the U.S. Attorney General to investigate conditions of

confinement at State and local government institutions such as

prisons, jails, pretrial detention centers, juvenile correctional facilities,

publicly operated nursing homes, and institutions for people with

psychiatric or developmental disabilities. Its purpose is to allow the

Attorney General to uncover and correct widespread deficiencies

that seriously jeopardize the health and safety of residents of

institutions. The Attorney General does not have authority under

CRIPA to investigate isolated incidents or to represent individual

institutionalized persons.

The Attorney General may initiate civil law suits where there is

reasonable cause to believe that conditions are “egregious or

flagrant,” that they are subjecting residents to “grievous harm,” and

that they are part of a “pattern or practice” of resistance to

residents’ full enjoyment of constitutional or Federal rights, including

title II of the ADA and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

PER THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF JUSTICE:

It should be noted that mental illness is

not a crime. Prosecution and incarcera-

tion are inappropriate responses to

symptoms of mental illness. Law en-

forcement agencies have a responsibility

to distinguish criminal behavior from

conduct that is the product of mental ill-

ness but has no criminal intent. Thus,

failure to work with mental health au-

thorities to ensure the appropriate re-
