If you knew anything about anything, you would know that the money from the Government that goes to NPR and PBS is distributed to the states to help with Affiliates in neighborhoods like mine and yours. Great Example: Live from Mountain Stage, a weekly radio show here in WV, that receives partial funding from said money, and promotes amazing musicians from across the country, boosting their sales and attendance at their events and in turn helping our economy.
