    "Otis" Music Video, Live In Times Square

    Talk show host Jay Miller and comedian Casey Jost took to Manhattan for a "Public Music Video" for Jay Z and Kanye West's hit "Otis." It's pretty hilarious, complete with Times Square costume characters.
