Just a couple weeks after the accident, paparazzi snapped photos of Bruce Jenner texting and driving. If police can prove he was texting and driving when he killed his neighbor, he could go to jail for 6 years for vehicular manslaughter. Now Jenner is going after the paparazzi that took the photos.
