1. I’m sure you hear from applicants on a daily basis talking about how “hardworking, determined, and eager to learn” they are….
2. In addition, have heard a variety of creative ways to respond to the infamous “what’s your biggest weakness” question.
3. Well, I too am very hardworking, determined, eager to learn, and sometimes [insert negative turned positive statement] occasionally.
4. I'm not one to go along with what everyone else is doing.
5. Not because I’m weird; but, because I think blending in is kind of lame.
6. I'm a bit of a risk taker
7. Not only do I love thinking out of the box…I love finding ways to make the box more interesting.
8. I look at every experience as a learning experience
9. And I have no problem talking to new people. In fact, it’s one of my favorite pastimes.
10. I am really into fashion…
11. So you won’t have to worry about me not looking professional.
12. Although, I might be the one person who still dresses up on “casual Friday” (every Friday).
13. I work out every morning at 6am...
14. So when I come into the office, I will be happy! Because exercise releases endorphins and endorphins make people happy.
15. I can handle constructive criticism. In fact, I welcome it.
16. I am a bit of nerd.
17. But, who doesn’t love nerds?!
18. I will be a great contributor to the Zimmerman team because I’m a team player and a motivator.
19. Plus, I am a little in love with how awesome the agency is.
20. No, but really.
