    Stop fucking talking about CrossFit all the time. We're all very happy for you. Really. Health and wellness should always be applauded. But just fucking cool it with the posts and the pictures and the ripped-from-a-poster lines about commitment.

    It's OK to be excited for how well you're doing with your particular health and strength training regimen. But talking about it all the time and trying to win more souls for the cause is annoying. Please. We're all proud of you, and we're all happy for you. You don't have to stop talking about it altogether; just realize that this is just one part of your life, and one that you're probably way more interested in than any of your friends are. If we want to know more about the program — God help us, if we actually want you to sponsor us in it or something — we'll reach out. Until then, you have to find other outlets.
