8. The mermaid has no fear. She is loyal to the brand and will not break against the most rabid of customers even if they can recite the movie "Pretty Woman" word for word.

7. The amount of guys entering the store to hit on or just grab a glimpse of the mermaid will increase store traffic 150%.

6. Her creativity is just awesome. Whether its spicing up a schedule sheet, making beautiful, fun charts for the staff or just jamming out to Disney Pandora during flip...she makes the workplace fun and that inspires her staff to be the best they can be.

5. All of the female employees...and some of the male ones...will become make-up experts, especially with Urban Decay. Maybe this will finally get the mermaid to create that long-awaited YouTube Channel.

4. The mermaid will go to great lengths to have the back of her fellow employee. These aren't just her coworkers, but her family. Don't mess with them or you'll have to answer to her...and her eyebrows
