The 10 Worst Things Hispanic Advertising Creatives Have Heard.

Client feedback is probably the worst part of being a creative, but when you work for the Hispanic Market, the feedback is on another level. Here are some of the silly things we've heard.

    1. I like the enthusiasm but this is just too creative for the Hispanic Market. Can you tone it down a bit?

    2. Right now it feels too global. Can we make it more Mexican?

    3. We don't want to be pioneers. We just want to do what everyone else is doing.

    4. Why don't you just copy what General Market is doing?

    5. Can we use a different font. Something Hispanics can relate to.

    6. The idea is great, but it's not believable. Petting a dog is not really a Hispanic thing.

    7. Why is there's a blond girl in the print ad? Can we photoshop her out? She's supposed to be Hispanic.

    8. You can just use General Market's radio spot and translate it to Mexican.

    9. If she's Hispanic, then why is she white?

    10. Can we change the names on the script? I think Maria would be a better option.
