This stunning log cabin is nestled into the cliffs at Whitsand Bay in east Cornwall. This splendid, airy, cliffside cottage offers simply breathtaking views of the ocean. While this cliffside cottage is just 320 sq feet in size, it feels much bigger thanks to its unique design features; open windows, sky-wide views, and a less-is-more attitude when it comes to decor. Could you live here? We certainly could!

Ten crazy things that have been found off of Cornwall, UK
A fisherman from Falmouth has seen what appears to be a Great White Shark in British waters. They saw the 14ft beast and filmed it 20 miles out to sea as it swam alongside their boat. Experts believe it is indeed the feared great white. Shark expert, David Turner, studied the footage of the predatory fish and stated: ‘The most likely candidate is a great white [shark], looking at the shape of the dorsal fin rules out other suspects. This shark could be swimming round looking for food.’ The top predator was observed earlier this week by 44-year-old fisherman, Nigel Hodge, 20 miles from the Cornish port of Falmouth.
A little while ago there was a bit of a kerfuffle after a few ill-choiced words between a national UK organisation and the delightful Cornish town of Looe. For those that didn't see it, the AA thought it best to state that Looe was 'brash' and more of a 'kiss me quick' holiday location. Cornwall has long been a popular holiday destination with families, couples, school trips, etc and Looe has played a major part in that. Looe is awash with character and heritage. It has an attractive harbour and quintessential fisherman's cottages & ye olde inn's. The town has a friendly atmosphere and a good vibe. Sure, it can become a bit of a honeypot with plenty of visitors in the summer, but that's simply because it is a lovely place. The more people that visit (although many are actually return visitors year on year), the more the town has to do to accommodate & provide for our welcome summer guests. Businesses along the main thoroughfare to the beach have had to adapt to cater for families & children, as Looe is a fairly safe bathing location along the south coast and is of particular interest to those with young children. The harbour walls can be filled with fun seeking families on crab lines, as they come together to relax and enjoy their holiday and time together. Boat & fishing trips are also popular with holidaymakers and locals alike, even if it is just a quick bob around St George's Island. You can even chug out to Mevagissey and further if you like. Such is the diversity of this working fishing town. The town is also a centre for shark fishing and is the home of the Shark Angling Club of Great Britain. With a fleet of fishing boats returning their catches to port daily, Looe also has a reputation for producing excellent fresh fish. A little further out and you have plenty of other highly recommended Cornish locations such as Polperro, Fowey, and Bodmin Moor. The Eden Project is within 20 miles, Charlestown with it's shipwreck museum too, the Looe Valley railway line, walks along Kilminorth Woods, the Monkey Sanctuary and a whole host of attractions await you nearby. But don't just take our word for it. Even superheroes take time out in this wonderful part of Cornwall. Although it's Superman having a well earned kip in this picture, it may well be the turn of Batman or even Spidey himself next time.
