A Year In Review: The 2013 GOP Rebrand

At the beginning of 2013, the GOP said it wanted to rebrand and do outreach to women and minorities. How did that go for them?

They began with Fox News Inauguration day fun

Marco Rubio won the most awkward/thirsty award

To reach out to women, Republicans pushed through anti-choice, anti-woman laws in Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, and Wisconsin

Then Republicans decided it would be ‘cool’ to restrict voting access

Then the GOP voted to take health care away from millions of Americans

Oh, and the House GOP pushed an extremist anti-choice ban, because they’re like

After that North Carolina tried to adopt a state religion (slight constitutional problem...)

Dont forget the time the GOP shutdown the government...over Obamacare, because obviously

And then the GOP voted to take health care away from millions of Americans AGAIN

Then the GOP ran against Obamacare in Virginia...and got swept

Though we did find a 64-year old heavy smoker with a high-stress job who could really benefit from Obamacare:

The RNC tried its best to reach out to the Black community...

And then refused to, you know, do their job and vote on judges

Oh, and the GOP voted to take health care away from millions of Americans a few more times

And then a GOP state senator went farther off the deep end than usual

Oh, and then one last time the GOP voted to take health care away from millions of Americans, obviously

    Better luck next year, GOP!
