• Home Made Awesome

This heavenly mound comes courtesy of Game Night Approved. I don’t know anything about it, other than I want it inside of me like yesterday.

  • Beef Brisket Stuffed Baked Potato

This beautiful artery clogger from Midwestern restaurant chain Space Aliens comes topped with beef brisket, cheese, BBQ sauce, and onion ring pieces. (via foodgrizzly)

  • Space Aliens Potato 2

I don’t know what all You Care What We Think put on their potato from Space Aliens, but I want to destroy it with my face.

  • Space Aliens’ Potato Menu

    Don’t faint!

  • Caramelized Onion Stuffed Baked Potato

This little wonder from Myrecipes looks like it would compliment a steak nicely.

  • Fuck Yeah Potatoes

I see ham, chives, broccoli, and what I think is some kind of avocado sour cream spread. Looks great to me! My only complaint is that Fuckyeahpotatoes.tumblr.com hasn’t been updated in nearly three years!

  • Bacon Salsa Cheddar Broccoli etc

From the blog of someone called Regina Mycrap, this spud came from somewhere in New York. (Regina, call me! I need this.)

  • The same potato, next to what I’m assuming is Regina Mycrap’s face.

  • Neely’s BBQ Baked Potato

Pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and the requisite sour cream and chives. (via Foodnetwork)

  • Colcannon Twice Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Foodie With Family has an amazing recipe for baked potatoes topped with corned beef and Guinness-infused cheese spread.

  • Bacon, Cremini & Brie Potatoes

Oh, you fancy, huh? Taste Of Home has a recipe for baked potatoes that look as delicious as they are pretentious.

  • Baked Potato Pizza

I have never seen this outside of Minnesota, and simply mentioning this beast makes me immediately homesick. Pizza Luce’s Baked Potato Pizza is heaven on crust, while their menu description is pure poetry. “Pizza crust smothered in buttery-garlic baby red mashed potatoes and topped with broccoli, fresh diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of smoked apple hickory bacon. Served with a side of sour cream.”

  • My Mom’s Tater Tot Hotdish

There are very few people who can turn tater tots, ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, and vegetables into a satisfying and substantial meal made of pure love. (If you’re not from Minnesota you might not have ever heard of “hotdish.” Check out the Wikipedia hotdish page for more info.)

  • My Own Tater Tot Hotdish With Bacon

Sorry mom, but I think my tator tot hotdish is better. Mine uses bacon bits. Note how OCD manifests itself in perfect tater tot grid alignment.

  • Tator Tot Hotdish With Extra Cheese

    Another of my own creations.

  • Detail of noms.
