13. And there are plenty child-friendly cafes to hang out in with your new pals.
14. But then half of your new pals move out of London within your baby's first year.
15. You need to put your child's name down on the waiting list for nursery before they have even been conceived.
16. You have at least eight primary schools on your Open Day hitlist.
17. And you are begrudgingly aware that you pay a childcare premium because of your postcode.
18. But you have to live approximately 0.2 miles away to stand a realistic chance of getting in.
19. But hey, there's always plenty to do.
20. Youhave access to some of the best museums, parks, and playgrounds around.
