Victory is very nearly in Chester's grasp.
The results of initial voting gave him 41% of the vote.
But now, there's a runoff election for SG President.
A runoff means that you're going to have to vote for Chester a second time in order for him to be named President.
Try not to lose your cool too much.
Seriously, keep calm. It's all going to be ok.
