INTERNAL OPERATIONS
Allesandra (Allie) Cionco is your Director of Internal Operations.
Internal Operations is the master of all details.
They keep the membership in line.
They already collected your dues and contracts.
They planned your membership auditions.
They organize the ticket takers and the ushers and the merchandise sellers for all of our shows.
They make sure our shows get videotaped and photographed.
They organize the internal newsletter.
They manage alumni relations.
They plan your masterclasses.
They keep it all running smoothly so we can keep making beautiful music.
PR & MARKETING
Laura DellaFera is your Director of PR and Marketing.
PR and Marketing make sure people know who we are and why we’re awesome.
They keep our website looking fresh with the help of our fantastic webmaster, Ben Hungerford.
They talk to all of our fans on Facebook and Twitter.
They get our posters and postcards and programs produced and printed.
They put our ads in the newspapers and on the T.
They get our tickets sold and butts in our seats.
They get people talking about BOC and wanting to see what we’re doing next.
FINANCE
Allison Provaire is your Financial Officer.
She is her whole committee!
She makes sure that all the right people pay us and get paid.
She keeps the records that keep the IRS happy.
Stay on her good side.
DEVELOPMENT
Erika Mitchell is your Development Associate.
Development fosters relationships with our donors and other supporters to make sure that Allison has the money to pay the right people.
They write grant proposals.
They help maintain the database on our donors and other contacts.
They plan Tutti events.
They plan fundraising campaigns.
No arts organization can run on ticket sales alone.
CONCERTS & EVENTS
Stephanie Mann is your Concert and Events Coordinator.
Stephanie, with the help of the Production Assistants, coordinates any performance or event that's not a mainstage opera.
She is currently working on our New Voices concert.
She organizes all of the outreach performances, pre-show lectures, post-show talkbacks, and meet and greets around the mainstage productions.
She organizes all community performances.
Stephanie will need a repertoire list from all members by September 20th.
They should include all current arias, songs and ensembles that you feel confident offering up for concerts in the coming year. This list can and will obviously change, so please just stay in contact with Stephanie.
PRODUCTION
Jessica Jacobs is your Senior Production Assistant.
Production brings the operas to life.
They plan the auditions.
They make sure we have permission to produce the shows we want to produce.
They make sure we have musicians to play those scores.
They work with the Artistic Director and Production Manager to make sure our productions run as smoothly as possible.
They get all of our casts and crews and designers and directors to sign their contracts.
They ask Allison to pay these people.
Jessica is your first contact in anything production related and is on the front-lines of every production.
EXECUTIVE TEAM
Lindsay Conrad is your Managing Director.
Andrew Altenbach is your Artistic Director.
Chelsea Lewis is your General Director.
Together, we make up the Executive Team.
We strategize and plan about all company activities.We work hard to make sure that all of the working parts are working correctly.We focus on making your experience with BOC the most useful and fulfilling it can be.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Our Board of Directors is made up of founders, alumni, current members and community supporters.
The President of the Board is Sara Oettinger.
Other board members are Brooke Larimer, Emily Burr, Natalie Polito, Erin Smith, and Alan Flint.
We have three current members of our roster who sit on the board as your representatives:
