Ryan Coetzee is a key aide to Nick Clegg, and a strategic adviser to the Liberal Democrats. He is critical in building the Lib Dems' message for the 2015 general election.
Coetzee has just been snapped leaving a meeting with a piece of faced upwards, revealing what looks to be the front page of the Lib Dems' manifesto.
Whooops.
The policies revealed in the picture have mostly been announced though, they include the Lib Dems' policy that "every child taught by a qualified teacher", and the introduction of waiting times that Nick Clegg announced at the recent conference.
There's also a policy on bees in there.
Funnily enough, tuition fees do not appear on the piece of paper.
