Here. We. Go.
Since a moving picture first graced the big screens, trends have flooded the film industry. Recently, those trends have become repetitive and tiresome, leading to unoriginality. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm excited to see popular YA novels being adapted and my favorite comic book characters come to live (Marvel, of course), but lately, there have just been way too many unoriginal ideas. Or, perhaps, not enough original ideas?
How about both.
Here's the part where I explain how Hollywood can fix this.
1. Lower The Over Abundance Of Adaptations
If there aren't so many adaptations that come out, then when one does, it feels special.
2. Increase The Original Ideas
When they're good ideas, of course!
