A higher-density, walkable community means more social interaction, less drunk driving! One of the things we like best about living in NYC is being able to ride the subway home totally wasted. But thanks to mindful urban planners, there’s a new kind of suburb that encourages getting trashed safely. (Thanks for the tip!)
