“Dark restaurants” offer diners the chance to eat without seeing what they’re putting in their mouths—scary, fun, or scary fun?
After getting big in Germany (where the waitstaff was usually blind), completely dark eateries are opening across China, with waiters wearing night-vision goggles. (Not to be confused with a Manhattan dating trend.) Does food you can’t see taste better?
