    Plaintiffs Want Ice-Cream Shop Owner To Release Ricky The Bear

    Four York and Lancaster county (Pennsylvania) residents have brought a public nuisance suit against the owner of Jim Mack's Ice Cream/Cones and Clubs over the treatment and care of Ricky the bear.
