1. Mandy Moore

Mandy played Mary Portman, a patient of Dr. Bailey's who needed a colonoscopy bag. However she was involved in one of the most intense moments in Grey history, which is saying a lot. When a crazed gunman enters Seattle Grace's halls, Mandy must play dead in order to save her life. And when he finally leaves, her and Bailey must drag a dying intern to safety, who, well dies.

2. Ken Marino

Please note this photo is not from Grey's as according to the internet this never happened. BUT IT DID! Ken played the manager of a restaurant where a disgruntled employee came in and shot up the place. Noticing a theme here Shonda... Anyway, Ken played a cocky jerk (surprise) who was then shot by that employee outside the hospital as well as Dr. Preston Burke! This resulted in Christina covering for Burke in surgeries until the tremors in his hand subsided.

3. John Cho

Long before trying to get to White Castle, John played Marshall Stone, a surgical intern at another hospital who fell asleep at the wheel, crashing a killing a woman and injuring her family. Meredith emphasizes with him, using her "he's one of us" speeches and we all feel a little better.

4. James Avery AKA Uncle Phil

James played a man who was losing his partner and had to make the decision to pull the plug. Struggling, a nurse Christina suspects is sleeping with Owen steps in to help James in this rough time. His best moment was when saying goodbye to the love of his life. "I was scared of this," he said. "Scared of how much I loved you. Scared of the feeling that I would never be able to find happiness without you." I CANT!

5. Christina Ricci

I'll be honest: I hate this character! Christina plays Hannah, whose first day as a paramedic leaves her with her hand inside a man next to a bomb. She's freaking out, no help to that anesthesiologist! Finally she's had enough and takes her hand out of the body running out of the OR. Luckily, Meredith put her hand in the body just in time or we'd all be dead, not just Coach Taylor, which we'll get to.

6. Abigail Breslin

Can this girl be any cuter? Abigail plays Megan who lives in foster care when she comes in with several bumps and bruises. Initially Dr. Karev believes her foster parents are mistreating her but we soon learn she cannot feel pain and therefore lets kids punch her at school. Here we learn that as hard as it is, we have to feel pain..and also I want to adopt Abigail Breslin...

7. Kyle Chandler AKA Coach Taylor AKA my future husband...

You were waiting for this. Who can forgot Kyle as the team leader of the bomb squad who was called in when stupid Christina Ricci put her hand in that guys body?! That moment when he walks out with the bomb and Meredith watches him explode shocks me every time.

8. Mae Whitman AKA Ann in Arrested Development

Mae played Heather Douglas, who's spine was bent 90 degrees and thanks to Dr McDreamy's hands and Izzy Stevens' money was put upright. Her?...

9. Dean Norris

Dean was in one of the best episodes to date. A ferry boat blows up and the Dr's rush to the scene. Dean's friend is pinned to a car and Izzy has to drill holes in his skull. But who really cares, get to the part with Derrick pulls Meredith out of the water!! And what's up with that little girl who see this all go down and tells no one?

10. Elizabeth Moss

Elizabeth played what I believe is a precursor to Peggy Olsen in Mad Men. Her mother was in the hospital and Elizabeth was the over protective, under trusting control freak daughter. And she brought a dollhouse to the hospital...
