Jennifer Lawrence Is Not Only A Total Babe, But A Wonderful Friend
Meet Andy, one of Jennifer Lawrence’s best buds. By now, if you aren’t a Jennifer Lawrence fan, you’re probably a robot with no ability to feel.
A video posted on YouTube on Aug. 8, 2012, from a local Louisville, Kentucky, news station shows pictures of a young Jennifer Lawrence and her friend, Andy Strunk.
The video shows neighbors, locals, and even Lawrence’s mother, Karen Lawrence, singing Andy’s praises. But the best part about this is that it shows the friendship between Andy and J. Law.
The video states that when Jennifer is home in her native Louisville, she always stops by to see her good friend Andy. Strunk even calls Jennifer during his interview, showing Jennifer’s excitement to hear from him. She raves about her friend.
So I will state this again: Not only is Jennifer Lawrence God’s gift to the world, she is actually a wonderful friend who always thinks of others.
Side note: I am COMPLETELY jealous of this man’s Jennifer Lawrence article and poster collection. Right on, brother, right on.

beckio 2 months agoWhile the timing of this interview is a bit suspect (right in the middle of her meteoric rise as America’s sweetheart) I still think it comes from a genuine place. And considering where she comes from and where she was raised, I’m not too surprised either. Small towns like that are pretty tight, and I’m sure she, like a lot of other people in the town appreciated Andy’s optimism when they were going through their own tough times. He seems like a real sweetheart. Key being, it doesn’t even seem that much about Jennifer pitying him or anything like that at all. It’s obvious this kid is popular in his own right in the neighborhood! So lay off saying the interview is just playing up his DS. It was also an opportunity for the world to see what a nice and energetic guy he is, despite the DS.

Sorry if I offended anyone, or didn’t use my words correctly. I am not the best person when it comes to that. Like I responded to another post, my intention was to show that she hasn’t forgotten her friends and her roots now that she has become in the spotlight. That is all.

This article just feels all wrong. Just because he has downs syndrome and she’s his friend that makes her even better? Do people not think things through before posting stuff like this? All kinds of wrong!

I realized that my phrasing was a bit off, but when I went to edit some things it had already been published to front page. My intention for the article was to state that she hasn’t forgotten where she has come from and the people that supported her from the beginning. My apologizes for the confusion.

I think she’a great I really do, but I don’t think they should do this kind of promotion about it, it’s not necessary, if they’re friends, good for them, I bet she has more friends that are equally as important and we all know why this particular friend is news and that doesn’t seem right to me.
