Hafthór Björnsson, the dude who plays Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane on Game of Thrones, and also the dude who crushed Prince Oberyn's skull like a peanut, just broke a 1000-year-old world record.
Björnsson didn't even falter after pulling off the unbelievable lift, immediately jumping over the barrier to celebrate.
He also took to his Instagram account to explain how the record was originally set, and how he managed to break it.
