Here’s a fix that will address a lot of the problems: Women - if you know you’re not romantically interested in a guy, don’t let him buy you anything. This means if you’re on a first date with a guy, and you know within the first 5 minutes that you’re not interested in a second date, do NOT let him pick up the check. Instead, be the strong and independent woman you profess to be, pay for your share of dinner / drinks (absolutely insist, if necessary), say “it was nice meeting you”, and be on your way.
