    Microsoft Makes It Impossible to Cancel Your XBox Live Account

    A frustrated Reddit user posted this exhaustive (exhausting?) diagram of how to cancel your recurring XBox Live account. There's one hitch, though: You can't cancel it. At least not without going through a million steps only to have an email fired off to you with a customer service number. Shouldn't there be legislation against this kind of customer (dis)service?
