At Shake Shack their Friday’s flavor of the week for this month is Heirloom Tomato custard (the new one that just opened in Miami… Well, Coral Gables) That cheesecake made me think about it. Supposedly it’s really good… But I wouldn’t know.

#7 green tea works amazingly well as a flavour in desserts. one of the things i miss most from living in japan is the green tea ice cream
