Red Means Stop, Right?

Let's play "Red Light, Green Light." Everyone knows the rules....right? I guess not.

Everyone at some point in their lifetime has played the classic "Red Light, Green Light" game. The rules are just like stopping at a stoplight in a car. So you would think that people would understand that red means stop? It seems that these people don't; and in some cases, just blatantly don't even care that the light is red.
