Ok. I totally tried to watch the first Harry Potter movie and I didn't make it through and since I like to watch movies in sequence, I'll never make it to this one, anyway.

Allow me to reveal my nerd credentials by stating that (Spoiler alert?) it's not a boggart, it's actually a piece of Voldemort's soul.
