Come on, ladies, it's the 21st century! Why shouldn't we be the ones to take the first step in a relationship or ask a guy out on a date? Sure it's a little scary, but men have been doing it for centuries. Here are some creative ideas on how to break the ice...
1. Start simple. Ask him to get lunch or coffee, something relaxed so there is minimal pressure.
2. Serenade him with his favorite song from outside his window.
3. Spell it out in his alphabet soup.
4. Sneak one of those oh-so-official notes circa elementary school years into his pocket.
5. Fake drowning so that he has to save you, then put the moves on him while he's trying to give you mouth-to-mouth.
6. Use a skywriter.
7. Just tell him.
