Notre Dame Sues Obama Administration Over Birth Control Requirement

The Catholic university says that the administration's requirement that religious employers cover birth control violates its right to freedom of religion. “This filing is about the freedom of a religious organization to live its mission, and its significance goes well beyond any debate about contraceptives,” said Notre Dame president Rev. John Jenkins in a statement.
