Ellora Israni and Ayna Agarwal are launching she++, Stanford University's first conference for women in technology ever. They say, "We want to challenge the traditional ‘nerdy’ stereotype with that of the ‘femgineer’— an innovative, empowered, well-rounded engineer who lends human compassion to the face of technology."
