    1. You get home. You're tired. You don't want to think, you just want some instant, mind-numbing pleasure and gratification.

    2. You know EXACTLY what you need to do, so you climb into bed and get ready to go.

    3. It's easy to get overwhelmed by so many options, so you struggle briefly with what to hit first.

    4. And since you're at a total loss, you end up falling back on a friend's recommendation.

    5. It takes you awhile to get things queued up because your entire family keeps butting in.

    6. Once you're in the clear, you take a moment to briefly contemplate if there's something better you can be doing with your life.

    7. You conclude that there's not, and you just jump right into things.

    8. After a bit, your mind wanders and you start to think of other things like taxes, laundry, bills, etc.

    9. You stop feeling. Actually, you never felt anything. Your mind, body, and soul are numb to all sensation.

    10. You also spend a lot of time thinking about a good time to pause things and grab a quick snack.
