I'd love to know where you got the idea that 'stupid sick people' are unable to think up their own stupid sick ideas. Afaik Hitler didn't rely on a lolcat-in-gas-chamber image to come up with his Master Plan, Charles Manson didn't get inspiration from FAILblog, and pedophiles, sickos, and criminals the world over have been doing quite well for thousands of years without the internet/television/videogames/other skapegoat to 'inspire' them. Someone sick enough to put a cat in a blender is not just sitting around waiting for an image on Buzzfeed to inspire him into a kitty blending frenzy. He's far too busy shooting squirrels with a pellet gun, microwaving hamsters, and defecating through people's letterboxes to bother with Buzzfeed.

Yes. If someone was sick enough to blend a cat, and stupid enough to go around replicating everything they see, this picture would certainly be the main problem.
