• 1. Kimmy Gibbler - 'Full House'

  

  Kimmy Gibbler is one of the all time greats. Not only was she CONSTANTLY at the house, but always had this daft confidence when talking to the adults. LOVE. TEAM GIBBLER FOR LYFE.

• 2. Cosmo Kramer and Everyone on 'Seinfeld'

  

  Perhaps the most beloved of all bad neighbors, Kramer charmed us with his snazzy entrances and the ability to pay his rent.

• 3. Roger - 'Sister Sister'

  

  "GO HOME ROGER!" Enough said.

• 4. Jazz - 'The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air'

  

  Okay, he wasn't a neighbor buuut he acted like one. Most of Jazz's on screen time was spent getting thrown out of the Bel-Air mansion that he so often crashed.

• 5. Fred and Ethel Mertz - 'I Love Lucy'

  

  I sometimes wonder if Lucy and Ricky really wanted the Mertz duo over at all. They are a good twenty years older than the Ricardos and they would just show up for no good reason ALL THE TIME.

• 6. Steve Urkel - 'Family Matters'

  

  "DID I DO THAT?" YES, YES YOU DID, NOW GET OUT!!

• 7. Sam - 'Clarissa Explains it All'

  

  Maybe the creepiest of all neighbors, entering young Clarissa's room by ladder.

• 8. The In Laws on Everybody Loves Raymond

  

  Raymond's parents taught people everywhere to move far, far away from your in laws.

• 9. The Friends on 'Friends'

  

  I don't know HOW we are supposed to believe that these people could afford such huge apartments in Greenwich Village. Maybe they had a six-way split on the rent of the two apartments and in return they could just come and go as they please.

• 10. Everybody on 'That '70s Show'

  

  If I were Eric's dad I'd be FURIOUS. There are constantly these freeloadin' hippy types hanging out and smoking pot in this Korean War vet's house.
