Let's Make "Boink!" The New "Can't Even"

The world is poised for a new expression. So if we're smart about this whole "Boink!" thing, there's a real opportunity. We can be partners!

Ownership

So, I figure since things are moving so fast, we should probably draw up some paperwork. Here's what I'm thinking:

Me: 60%

You: 30%

Our investors: 10%

You've been so important to this process, so that's why I want to give you a big chunk. And 30% is big! I just want to make sure I retain control as it was my idea originally. Does this sound good? Can you maybe ask your uncle to help with the paperwork?
