This Is The Man Who The Government Wants To See Banished From Australia

They see me rollin'. They hatin'.

After Monday night's controversial episode of Q&A, where former terror suspect Zaky Mallah told Steve Ciobo that his government's rhetoric was making young men join ISIS, it's time to kick back and watch this home video of Zaky Mallah riding an Airwheel.

Mallah, who is convicted of threatening to kill ASIO agents in 2005 and was acquitted of terrorism charges on appeal, posted the video of his afternoon roll through sunny Bondi on social media earlier this month.

Morning #Australia! Check out my new vid riding my #Airwheel Segway at #Bondi beach. Looks cool. 😜😜😜 http://t.co/2AS0NOhAq9

The video shows the young Australian filming himself doing tricks with a selfie stick, a world away from Q&A, when a government frontbencher told Mallah that he should be exiled from Australia without a trial.

Mallah responded today with an opinion piece in The Guardian.

"His comments were a disgrace to fair dinkum Australians who understand this country is built on the rule of law," he said.

Prime minister Tony Abbott criticised the ABC for allowing Mallah on the show, communications minister Malcolm Turnbull called for an official review of Q&A, and conservative commentator Chris Kenny joined the chorus of haters, writing in his column, "last night's Q&A sank to new levels by providing an anti-Australian, pro-jihadist platform for a known extremist."

But at the end of the day, perhaps the best response to the whole mess is found in the words of Chamillionaire feat. Krayzie Bone.
