Meet Jasper the cat and his owners, Steph Keenan and her daughter Freya.
Jasper lives in North Shields near the Metro system, and keeps leaving home to go on six-week long expeditions.
So far he's made trips to Jesmond, Four Lane Ends and Meadowell.
I am considering buying him an annual ticket for the Metro so that he avoids fines, prosecution or being in trouble for trespassing. He has wandered far and wide and has very few of his 'nine lives' remaining.
Jasper is only eighteen months old but has also managed to get stuck in a chimney, trapped in a neighbour's house and in a derelict garage.
