A Tale Of Two MVPs: The NBA Finals Are HERE!!!

What happens when an unstoppable force (Stephen Curry) meets an immovable object (LeBron James).

Let's start at the beginning. Golden State Warriors Guard Stephen Curry basically grew up on the court.

LeBron James was a phenom from a young age, dubbed as "The Chosen One" by Sports Illustrated when he was in high school.

Amazingly, both stars were born in the same hospital in Akron, Ohio...

...and would grow up to be NBA MVPs.

And Steph Curry just won his first.

NBA fans are spoiled with LeBron's high flying tendencies like this:

In the great words of Marc Jackson "MAMA THERE GOES THAT MAN!!!!!!!!!!"

Not to be outdone by the King, Steph can thrown down pretty well too.

The real beauty lies in Steph's long shots.

Stephen Curry stepback three RT @bballbreakdown:

But the Warriors haven't won an NBA Championship in 40 YEARS.

And if they do win, Curry will be the 11th different player to win regular season MVP and Finals MVP.

If the Cavs win, it would be the first championship for Cleveland since 1964.

The city of Cleveland has had their fair share of heartbreak when it comes to championships.

...All John Elway needed was two minutes.

And the misfortune of running into a guy named Michael Jordan...

Not to mention when this happened.

    Yep, that really happened.

But no worries, LeBron eventually made his amends to the city of Cleveland.

We're excited to see more of this from LeBron.

And some of this from Steph.

But at the end of the day I think what we all really want is more Riley Curry at the podium.

    Wayyyyyyy up.

    Get excited.
