Martin Miller’s Gin

You need: 50ml Martin Miller’s Gin (you could also use a similar citrus-y gin), 4 large strawberries, black peppercorns and grinder, ice, 200ml Fever Tree tonic water (or your tonic water of choice).

Method: Pour the gin into the glass, and add three sliced strawberries. Fill the glass with ice, and a twist of black pepper. Pour in the tonic water, stir, and add a strawberry for garnish.
