    CBGB to Re-open its Doors?

    The legendary NYC punk club, known as CBGB, could be given a new lease on life as investors have purchased the assets to the famed venue.

    Six years after its original closure, investors are now seeking to reopen the club in a new location in the city. One of the investors, Tim Hayes, has no intention to “recreate” the punk period, which CBGB was at the forefront of, rather they simply wish to continue on with the evolution of music.
