Today Is Steve Jobs Day

Governor Jerry Brown has declared today (10/16/2011) Steve Jobs Day for the state of California. To commemorate, Apple is holding an invitation-only memorial at Stanford University this afternoon; for those of us who won’t make it, here’s an appropriate video tribute. “I made song using only sounds from Apple products and Steve’s 2005 Stanford commencement speech,” writes YouTuber AzRmusic. “Every instrument, including drums, has been sampled from a Mac product, tuned by ear, and replayed in the context of the song.”
