The governor's opening speech at the 2011 Wisconsin State Fair was almost completely drowned out by a group of protesters chanting "Shame! Shame! Shame!" Probably because they were expecting a solo set from that pop singer from The Life Aquatic instead. (via DangerousMinds and Wisn.)
