President Clinton's Joint Chiefs Chairman Dies

    Retired Army General John Shalikashvili died of complications from a stroke at a medical hospital in Washington state on Saturday. He served under President Bill Clinton as the first foreign-born Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and was Clinton's head military advisor during the U.S. involvement in the Bosnian War.
